Port Saint Lucie, FL — Bootcamp · 1-On-1 · Nutrition

Feel goodabout yourself again.

Training with me is like meeting your friend at the gym — except she’s got a plan, a playlist, and your name on the roster. Group bootcamp, 1-on-1 training, and nutrition coaching for women who are done waiting to feel good in their own body.

The Method

How I train

Four pillars, one woman in your corner. Every session lands in one of these — most lives need more than one.

01 / 1-ON-1

My 100,000% attention.

In a 1-on-1, you are getting my 100,000% attention. We tap into your muscles and chase good form — because form is so important to muscle isolation — and for those 45 to 60 minutes, it's just you, your body, and a plan that pushes it to a limit.

02 / BOOTCAMP

A bootcamp with a beat.

R&B, hip-hop, pop — any music that gives the workout its energy. Group fitness in full-equipment gyms and outdoor sessions on the grass and at the track, so the push feels like something you'd do on purpose.

03 / DANCE FITNESS

The music does half the work.

Boot camp vibes with a dance floor's heart. When the playlist is right, the hour goes by like a night out — and the sweat is the only evidence it wasn't one.

04 / NUTRITION

Nutrition came first.

I started as a nutrition and wellness coach before I ever coached a class. Your plan covers what's on your plate, not just what's on the bar — because the two together are the whole game.

The Outcome

What changes

Results hit different with your people. Here’s the before and after we’re actually working toward.

Before

You're dragging through the 3pm slump.

After

You've got energy left when the workday ends.

Before

You dodge the camera at every event.

After

The camera stops being a thing you think about.

Before

Clothes that used to fit feel like a verdict.

After

Clothes feel like clothes again.

Before

Someday keeps sliding to next Monday.

After

This week has a plan and a crew in it.

Before

You're the strong one for everyone else.

After

You're strong for you first.

That comes with work. You’re doing the work anyway.

The Honest Part

You already know

Your calendar takes everyone’s hour but yours.

The gym membership is a monthly guilt payment.

You’re the strong one — for everybody else.

Post-baby, the mirror feels like a stranger.

You’re exhausted anyway — might as well be exhausted and strong.

“Someday” keeps sliding to next Monday.

And you’re doing the work anyway — you’re doing it while feeling run-down. Why not do it where it counts?

Who I Am

I’m Melisa. I started as a nutrition and wellness coach, ran one fit camp to promote the nutrition business, and knew on day one that the gym floor is where I belong. Off the floor I’m the cofounder of The Social Plug — we put community events together and put the Treasure Coast on the map. Building a community and building a body run on the same muscle: you show up, you bring people with you, and you don’t let anybody quit on themselves.

Be My Next Success Story

The founding crew

I’m building out my founding crew in Port Saint Lucie. The first women through these doors get my full focus — form, nutrition, accountability, the works — and their names on the first wall of real results.

Client results are coming soon. I’d rather show you real ones than made-up ones.

Get In Touch

Bring your people

Three steps. Then you show up.

Step 01

Reach out

Send me a message. Tell me where you are, what’s hurting, and what you want out of this. No judgement, no 20-page intake.

Step 02

Pick your lane

Bootcamp, 1-on-1, dance fitness, outdoor, or nutrition — or a mix. Your schedule and your body decide, not a template.

Step 03

Show up

45 to 60 minutes, good music, good form, your people beside you. That’s the whole formula. It works because you keep coming.

Straight Answers

The questions you’re asking

I haven't worked out in years. Will I be the least fit person there?

Maybe — and you'll survive it. Every workout scales to the person doing it, and nobody graduates out of good form. For the record: the crew cheers loudest for the woman who just showed up after a rough week.

I just had a baby. Is this for me?

I'm a mother, so I get it. We start where your body actually is and rebuild from there. If you're newly postpartum, clear it with your doctor first — then we build a plan that respects the recovery and gets you back to feeling like yourself.

What if I miss a class?

Life happens — kids, deadlines, all of it. We don't do guilt here. We do consistency over weeks, not perfection over days. Miss one, come back to the next. That's how this works.

My calendar is already full.

45 minutes. That's the session. And here's the part people miss: you're already spending the energy — you're spending it drained. Spend it here instead and you get it back with interest.

Do what we gotta do.

Why not go? Bring your goals and your excuses — we’ll fix the second one.
