About
The woman on the floor
Nutrition coach first. Bootcamp coach by accident. Community builder on purpose. Ten years in Port Saint Lucie and still counting.
I didn’t start on the gym floor. I started as a nutrition and wellness coach, and I loved it. One day I decided to run a fit camp to promote the nutrition business — and somewhere in the middle of that class, watching people push themselves and build community, I knew this was it. That’s where I want to be: anywhere I can incorporate fitness, pushing yourself, and being kick ass. I’ve been on this floor ever since.
I am present with my clients. I am there and making sure not only are they doing the right thing, in the right form, having the right cues.

The Social Plug
Off the floor, I’m the cofounder of The Social Plug. We run community events around the Treasure Coast — bringing people together, putting smiles on faces, and putting this awesome, thriving city on the map. I’m a mother and a wife, I love networking and collaborating with small businesses and startups, I love art, and honestly I love being on camera — modeling, acting, all of it.
Every one of those is the same job as coaching: bring people together and push them to be better while you’re at it. That’s why my bootcamp feels the way it does. It’s the same instinct as the events — a room where nobody trains alone and nobody gets left behind.
That’s what you’re joining. Not a program, a crew.
